Senior C#​/.NET Developer

Overview

We are looking for a senior software engineer to join our team in a derivatives trading company with a broad product portfolio, with specific emphasis on interest rates, currency, and related derivative products.

• Part of new system development team responsible for handling fixed income trading processes
• Design and develop applications to enhance business functions
• Follow development standards and contribute to the overall agenda of the team

• 6-7 years practical experience involving system architecture, software application, message and data transfer and processing
• Proficient in C#/.Net with interest in other computing technology
• Familiarity with Banking, ideally Fixed Income is a big plus
• Hands‑on programming position, solid knowledge in computer science, math and proficient coding skills
• Familiarity with design and implementation of data/message transfer and processing
• Excellent communication skills; good teamwork and a strong work ethic
• Maturity to solve problems directly and independently
• Undergraduate preparation in Computer Science or similar engineering degree with successful academic achievement or equivalent professional work experience

• 2+ years in financial industry, experience with trade flows, trade process
