We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with Python skills who will join a long-term project for our client in the pharma industry.

• Develop and maintain the central platform for laboratory digitization, supporting the digitalization of metadata in biotechnology research.
• Acquire, categorize, and link data to relevant sources (e.g., experiments, laboratory instruments, reports, research notes, patient test results).
• Implement and integrate AWS cloud services (Lambda, containers, REST API) to ensure scalability and availability of the platform.
• Design and maintain applications in Java and Python.
• Enable access to and analysis of stored metadata for connected platforms to drive innovation in medical and pharmaceutical solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (main technology) and Python (additional language) for backend development and automation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including experience with AWS Lambda and containerized environments.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
• Hands‑on experience with non‑relational databases, particularly Dynamo
  
  DB, for scalable data storage solutions.
• Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and ability to deploy applications in cloud environments.
• Fluent communication in English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level.

Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.
