Senior Mobile Developer; LATAM

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Mobile Application Developer (Android) to build and maintain high-performing, scalable mobile applications in a fast-paced startup environment. This role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences using React Native, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating frontend functionality with backend services and third-party platforms.

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile apps for Android.
• Work to ensure a seamless user experience and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with design and marketing to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Define front-end elements with back-end server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality and uptime.
• Assist with backend integrations for third-party services and payment gateways.

• 5+ years of experience in a mobile development role.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with React Native.
• Background working for a fast-paced startup environment (preferably in the USA or UK).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with App Store submission processes.
• Hands-on expertise with Scrum / Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git or similar tool).
• Self-started with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time 11AM – 7/8PM PST timezone.

• Experience building technology for the construction industry.
