As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help architect, scale, and secure this platform—impacting millions of lives in real time.

• Design and build scalable APIs with Django to support critical workflow
• Create high-performance React + Type Script front-end architectures while leading technical direction and ensuring exceptional user experience.
• Leverage AWS infrastructure to ensure a secure, high-availability environment
• Work alongside our CTO, CIO, and AI team to develop cutting-edge LLM applications for report generation, video-to-text transcription, andmore
• Own cybersecurity best practices—every line of code you write protects sensitive data used in investigations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and our law enforcement advisors to ship tools that justwork

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident (for security purposes)
• 6+ years of full-stack experience, specifically with Django and AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc
• Extensive experience buildingscalableand performant/optimized front-end applications with
  
  React, Type Script, and Global State Management principles
• Proven experience with integrating both cloud-based and open-sourced LLM-based solutions (e.g. GPT, Claude)
• Expertise with common directory access protocols (AD, LDAP, OD, etc.)
• Familiarity with agent based architectures and developing MCP tooling
• Deep understanding of microservice architectures and IaC technologies
