Overview of the Role:

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of microservices, leveraging the Open Shift Container Platform.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and scalability.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation for developed modules and processes.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer, with hands‑on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization concepts, preferably with Open Shift.
• Demonstrated experience in writing unit tests and implementing testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
• For roles based in Germany:
  Proficiency in German is mandatory.

• Experience with SQL and relational database design is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Dev Ops practices is advantageous.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Certifications related to Java, Angular, or cloud technologies are highly desirable.
