• Deploy and develop backend systems powering the Libra Tribe, focusing on banking integrations, treasury platforms, and FX operations.
• Drive the design of solutions that meet accounting, compliance, and financial controls requirements.
• Lead cloud-native development efforts, deploying systems on Kubernetes and AWS, with flexibility for multi-cloud strategies.
• Build and support systems for banking relationships, payment processing, reconciliation, liquidity management, and FX transactions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, fostering collaboration across the team.
• Collaborate with product managers and other tribes to ensure technical alignment with business priorities.
• Champion high standards for code quality, scalability, and resilience, applying the 12-Factor App methodology.

⚡ Tech Expert – Strong experience designing and deploying API-first, cloud-native backend systems (payments/fintech experience ideal).

⚡ Java Pro – Highly proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and reactive frameworks like Web Flux/Project Reactor.

⚡ Mongo

DB Expert – Highly proficient with Mongo
