The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing LLM-powered features
, ensuring high performance and reliability. The role is hands‑on in Type Script and Python
, with a strong emphasis on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks

• Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and refine system prompts for LLM use cases

• LLM-Powered Features: Collaborate with Product + Eng teams to integrate AI into Insight Analytics platform

• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate outputs, tune models, and refine pipelines for accuracy + UX

• Model Evaluation: Create frameworks + automated testing pipelines for LLM performance monitoring

• Coding & Integration: Write production code in Type Script + Python
  , building RAG pipelines, vector embedding workflows, and backend integrations

• 5+ years software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/LLMs

• Strong in Type Script + Python coding (shipping production features)

• Expertise with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, NLP, vector DBs

• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems

• Strong collaborator, thrives in distributed/async communication environments

• Startup experience preferred; self‑motivated + product‑focused
