Import & Export Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing processes related to the import and export of company goods.

• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities related to the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with customs, tax regulations, and international trade standards.
• You will collaborate with suppliers and customers, negotiating trading terms, monitoring deliveries, and responding to any import and export-related inquiries.
• You will analyze and assess various logistics options, such as transportation methods, delivery routes, warehousing, and cargo insurance, to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
• You will maintain the completeness and compliance of customs documentation and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• You will monitor the flow of goods and respond to any delays, damages, or other issues that may arise in the import and export process.
• Preparation and reporting of CBAM (Customs Border Adjustment Mechanism).
• Classification of goods according to the Harmonized System.

• Min. 3 years of experience in import/export or logistics.
• Knowledge of customs and tax regulations and international trade procedures.
• Ability to work in a team, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Accuracy and meticulousness in work, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
