Material Planner with Spanish

We're looking for a Material Planner to join our Supply Chain Team at the Central level! As a Material Planner, you’ll be the mastermind behind managing Material Call-off processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Keep those call-off process alerts in check—rescheduling, handling over/under coverage, and tackling short reporting like a pro.

Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders, send them to vendors, and confirm those orders are locked in!

Review inbound deliveries, take care of material concerns and escalations, and make sure purchase orders are confirmed.

Keep internal and external lines of communication flowing through SAP Cockpits, Email, or Teams. 📧

Dispatch materials to vendors and keep those purchase orders updated. 📦

Maintain supplier performance and escalate when necessary while tracking reasons for any failures.

Maintain crucial master data for SKUs and assist with NPI impacts.

A proactive and organised approach to managing all the above tasks with ease.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to flag issues before they become problems.

Excellent English and Spanish skills both oral and written

Strong communication skills—both internal and external.
