• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in non‑durable goods production.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

• Experience specifically with double backing or similar machinery.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
• Certification in industrial safety or equipment operation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
