• Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
• Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage or mechanical breakdown; troubleshoots (when necessary); repairs or replaces worn or defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.
• Operates machine shop equipment and makes required parts when necessary.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.)
• Performs other duties deemed by management to be integral to the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.

One or more years of experience as a production operator or technician and/or formal training or experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; welding; electronics; electrical repairs; industrial equipment installations; alignment; start‑up repairs; etc.

Associate Degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.

Starting Pay $33.20 per hour and $34.40 after 90 days.

• $2000 sign‑on bonus paid in 3 installments.
• $500 at 45 days
• $500 at 90 days
• $1000 at 180 days
