board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician
to join our fully employed emergency team. You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that includes five physicians, including two board-certified emergency physicians caring for over 11,000 patients per year. JRMC physicians benefit from
24/7 on-call access
to general surgery, OB‑GYN, anesthesia, respiratory therapy, and hospitalist care—with additional specialty consults in orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, and urology.

As an independent medical center,JRMC offers physicians a direct voice in how care is delivered—without layers of red tape or outside ownership. Our most recent Provider satisfaction was at the 96% tile.
Shift-based work model
allows for flexible earning potential and extended time off—ideal for those who value autonomy and personal recharge. Negotiable shift scheduled with a minimum of 145 shifts per year, typically three 12-hour shifts per week.
