• All current providers have ties to North Dakota and enjoy outdoor activities.
• Average of 9000 visits per year, approximately 25 daily.
• The team operates under a long-standing autonomous governance structure, fostering strong collaboration and flexible scheduling.
• A fully physician-staffed team each covers approximately 145 12-hour shifts per year.
• 9-room ED with 2 trauma bays, stroke and cardiac-ready certifications, and direct access to radiology.
• Procedures include ultrasound, central lines, airway management, and trauma response.
• On-site services: general surgery, anesthesia, OB/GYN, radiology, orthopedics, and pediatric consults.

• 12-hour shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a, with scheduling flexibility and input on preferred shifts.
• No clinic responsibilities; 100% emergency department coverage.
• Weekend and holiday shifts are shared equitably among the team.
• Full-time is approximately 12 shifts/month.

• Competitive hourly wage, resulting in average annual compensation of $420,000.
• Flexible scheduling based on provider needs. $25,000 sign-on bonus.
• $7,500 CME allowance, $10,000 relocation assistance, and malpractice coverage included.
• 401(k) with matching contributions.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• New grads from 2025 or 2026 welcome; experienced candidates also encouraged.
• Comfortable managing trauma, stroke, cardiac, and psychiatric presentations.
