Work Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Longer hours will apply for tax season from January-April.

Qualifications:

Exhibit excellent customer service skills by greeting customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Effectively transfers calls, takes and delivers messages, and answers questions as appropriate. Assists various departments with copying and organizing information. Some administrative assistance will be required. Assists in the management of department schedules. Schedule and organize activities such as meetings and department/location activities.

Communicates Tax Return information to clients. Respectfully handles confidential information. Complies with applicable banking, insurance, investment, and tax laws and regulations. Knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of a college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and three to five years' experience in tax administration.
