Job SummaryThe purpose of this position is to provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the residential Direct Support Professionals in Home Life Services. This position oversees the direct implementation and supervision of services and cares provided to the individuals residing on the Anne Carlsen.
Education and/or years’ experience required- Two years of field experience in the area of Developmental Disabilities
- Certified Medication Assistant
- DD Certification or willing to acquire within 6 months of hire.
- Valid
ND Driver’s License
Skills and Abilities
- Associates degree in a related field
- Five years of experience in Developmental Disability services preferred.
- Two years of experience in supervision
This position would have supervision responsibilities of the residential DSPs on all shifts.
