Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or equivalent) from accredited programs
Certifications Requirements:

• Valid RN license in North Dakota

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of ER or hospital RN experience (must have at least 1 year of travel experience)

• Proven ability to handle high-acuity emergency cases efficiently and compassionately
Other Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of travel experience in healthcare staffing

• Ability to work day and night shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) with 36 hours per week

• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork-oriented mindset

• Must be able to pass background checks and compliance screenings
