Position OverviewAt Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, we focus on small town values and integration with our community. ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care on night and day shifts, ensuring resident safety and continuity of care.
Shift Times- Night Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM
- Day Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM
Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.
Salary Range$31.87–$38.85 per hour, depending on experience.
Sign-On Incentives- Full‑time: $15,000
- Part‑time: $7,500
- Paid out quarterly on a 15‑month contract.
