The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is a key member of our team, ensuring the safety of each resident and striving to maintain residents at their highest level of function.

The primary responsibilities of the CNA include:

• Assuring the safety of residents during all care activities.
• Maintaining each resident at their highest level of function possible.
• Providing basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed staff.
• Documenting patient information accurately and promptly.

Applicants must be a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of North Dakota. Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd can assist qualified candidates in obtaining certification if needed.

$19.86–$24.20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (DOE). Evening and weekend shift differentials apply.

Qualified candidates will receive a sign‑on incentive of $6,000 for full‑time employment and $3,000 for part‑time employment. Incentives are paid quarterly over a 15‑month contract.

Shifts run from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Positions include every‑other holiday and weekend rotation.
