LHGS has full- and part-time RN positions available for our night and day shifts. The nurse’s purpose is to assure the safety of our residents, maintain continuity of care, and strive to keep each resident at the highest level of function available.
Salary Range: $31.87–$38.85 per hour, or more, depending on experience.
- FT Sign-on Incentive: $10,000
- PT Sign-on Incentive: $7,500
- Sign-on incentives are paid quarterly on a 15-month contract.
- Paid shift differentials for weekend hours and worked between 2 PM and 6 AM, plus additional shift pickup pay.

Shift
Schedule:
- Night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM
- Day shift: 6 AM – 6 PM
Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Education: Must hold a North Dakota RN license.
