Shred Truck Operator – Jamestown

Advanced Business Methods (ABM) is seeking a part-time Shred Truck Operator to join our team in Jamestown, ND. In this role, you will drive a shred truck to customer locations across the region, perform secure document shredding, and manage paper baling operations. ABM, a 100% employee-owned business with over 50 years of experience, is dedicated to helping businesses operate efficiently through superior services and ethical practices.

• Participate as a full member of our service work group by contributing to the group’s productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting customers’ shred needs at their location.
• Drive shred truck to in-town and out-of-town locations.
• Load shred bin into truck so paper can be shredded.
• Manage shred tickets and shred route in a timely manner.
• Empty shred truck into our warehouse, then put paper shred into baler. Load bales into semi-truck at times with forklift.
• Operate forklift and Bobcat at ABM warehouse.
• Take responsibility for the satisfaction of the customer by providing timely and courteous service.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A background in box truck driving helpful but not required.
• Must have driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Good customer service skills and ability to work independently.
