Job DescriptionPart time - 14 hours/week
- Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and moving Chromebooks, personal computers, peripherals, network printers and other network equipment in MS Windows and Google Apps environments.
- Performing analytical problem solving and planning for a diverse customer base including, students, teachers, assorted support staff and administrators.
- Testing fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
- Handling general Help Desk requests including those related to software
- Troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues and running and terminating network wiring
- Maintaining inventory tracking and Help Desk ticketing system
- Maintaining both verbal and written positive communication.
- Maintaining a neat and clean work area, and well-organized filing system.
- Being flexible in work schedule based on district need
- Performing other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives.

- At least two years of experience in updating, troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding Chromebooks and networked personal computers, including installing and configuring related software and peripherals.
- Familiarity with computer imaging practices.
- Familiarity with MS operating systems and applications.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
