Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Sales Specialist located in Jammu. You'll be the driving force behind expanding Medi Ease Clinic's presence in Jammu's healthcare ecosystem by selling our comprehensive EHR and AI-powered clinic management solutions to local clinics and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Jammu region
Demonstrate Medi Ease Clinic's EHR platform and AI transcription capabilities
Conduct product presentations showcasing our 15+ regional language support and digital workflow solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, doctors, and clinic owners
Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets for the Jammu territory
Provide onboarding support and training to new clients on our digital healthcare platform
Gather market feedback and insights to help improve our healthcare solutions
Collaborate with the Medi Ease team to customize solutions for Jammu's unique healthcare needs

Qualifications  Healthcare Background Preferred:
Experience in healthcare sales, clinical operations, or working with medical professionals
Sales Excellence:
Proven track record in B2B sales with ability to close deals and manage client relationships
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable demonstrating software solutions and explaining AI/ML concepts to non-technical healthcare professionals
Local Market Knowledge:
Understanding of Jammu's healthcare landscape and ability to navigate regional healthcare systems
Communication

Skills:

Exceptional ability to articulate complex healthcare technology benefits to diverse stakeholders
Multilingual Advantage:
Knowledge of local languages (Dogri, Kashmiri, Urdu) and Hindi is a significant plus
Digital Mindset:
Enthusiasm for healthcare technology and digital transformation
Team Player:
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
