Position: Team Member / Sr. Team Member - L&D - Solar PV
Job Summary:

As a Team Member / Sr. Team Member - L&D Technical Training , you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution practical /on the job training programs for new joiners for our Solar PV Cell & Module Plants. You will work closely with the L&D Lead to plan the trainers, assessors, arrange resources for training programs, and ensure the availability of training facilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Arrange Training Programs:
Coordinate and schedule on the job training programs in accordance with the onboarding plan or competency development requirement of respective plant.
2. Resource Management:
Plan and organize necessary resources such as trainers, facilities, and course materials for training programs. Work with Planning team to arrange the Raw material for the practical training centre.
3. Data Maintenance and Reporting:
Perform data maintenance and generate reports related to skills and competencies.
4. Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of competencies and make necessary updates as required.
5. Training Facility Maintenance:
Ensure that training facilities are in good condition, with highest availability of machines and conducive for learning. Work with maintenance team to have AM, PM of machines.
6. Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in compliance with organizational and audit requirements.
7. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts:
Work with subject matter experts to facilitate effective training programs.
8. Occupational health and safety
- Ensuring training are performed in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.

Qualifications:

Skills in Learning Management Systems (LMS), data management like in Advanced Excel, PowerBI as well as resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required Total

Experience:

5 to 12 years' experience at a manufacturing organization in technical training function
Experience in running the skill assessment & development centers will be the added advantage

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
Candidates with Certification in Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) will be most preferred
