Early Childhood Educator

Role Description  The Early Childhood Educator will facilitate right-brain development activities and holistic learning experiences for young children in a classroom setting. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Surat, involving the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, games, and creative exercises aligned with Tickle Right Education’s methodology. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing age-appropriate materials, guiding children through structured and free-play activities, observing and documenting developmental progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

The educator will communicate regularly with parents or caregivers about each child’s growth, collaborate with fellow educators to refine teaching approaches, and participate in training sessions to stay aligned with program standards.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in  Early Childhood Development  and experience  Working With Children , especially in the 16 months to 7 years age range.
Demonstrated  Creativity Skills  to design engaging, playful, and holistic learning activities that support right-brain development.
Excellent  Interpersonal Skills  for building trust with children, families, and colleagues, and for communicating progress clearly and respectfully.
Solid  Organization Skills  to manage lesson planning, classroom materials, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.

Preferred qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Education, or a related field; prior experience in preschools, learning centers, or enrichment programs.
Additional beneficial skills: fluency in English and local languages, comfort with playful teaching methods, patience, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
