About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Sliding Head Setter to join our growing team. That person will be capable of setting CNC Star Sliding head machines. Working within our fast-paced workshop based in Jamnagar, Gujarat you will have a strong background in precision machining and a proven track record of producing high-quality components.

- Program, and set up CNC Star Sliding Head machine (STAR SB-20) to produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to resolve production issues.
- Load materials and ensure the correct tooling and fixture setups are in place.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Document production data, including machine settings, part counts, and any adjustments made.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Sliding Head Setter/operator
- Strong knowledge of CNC sliding head machines, their operation, and setup.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient with Fanuc Controls

- Experience with VMC programming and editing is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in programming
