We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Janesville, WI. The Junior Staff Accountant will handle tasks such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and assisting in tax preparation. Additional duties include maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and collaborating with team members to manage client accounts efficiently.

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books, Sage Software MAS

• Experience in payroll processing and tax preparation
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
