Seasonal / Summer, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Provide assistance with activities supporting the annual Kettle Campaign. This position works closely with the Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator, Business Administrator and Part-time Seasonal Office Assistants.
Essential Functions:- Respond to inquiries related to bell-ringing
- Check kettles in and out to bell-ringers
- Data entry
- Prepare bell-ringing schedules
- Answer telephone and route calls
- Assist visitors; receive donations and provide receipts
- Provide assistance for other seasonal activities as needed and time allows.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Prior experience working in an office environment is helpful.
