What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Assess damages, estimate costs, and negotiate project scopes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to align mitigation and reconstruction work
• Maintain client communication and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing residential and commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Xactimate)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Local travel required
