SSM Health Dean Medical Group offers a flexible, full‑time (.8–1.0 FTE) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician position at our Janesville clinic, which is conveniently located between Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee. The clinic, built in 2012, provides primary, specialty, and urgent care within a modern state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Our physicians work a 4–5 day workweek and participate in a telephone‑only call schedule, partnering with the SSM Health St. Mary's Janesville Hospitalist program to cover inpatient needs.
Opportunity Highlights- Full‑time (.8–1.0 FTE) outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity
- 28–36 patient contact hours per week
- 1 in 12 telephone‑only call coverage with robust nurse triage service
