- Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD/DO from an accredited medical school or NP/PA with primary care experience).
- Active and unrestricted State of ME medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.

- Interest in practicing in a coastal Maine setting.
