Talent Solutions | Radiopharma and Nuclear Energy (Fusion, Fission, SMR)A leading innovator in fusion technology is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to join a growing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in the development, integration, and oversight of control systems for a new medical isotope production facility.
What You’ll Do:
Lead design and implementation of I&C systems including PLCs, DCS, and DAQs
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines
Manage vendor coordination and oversee equipment from design through commissioning
Prepare specifications, loop diagrams, and installation drawings
Support testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
5–20+ years of I&C experience (title/level DOE)
Strong knowledge of analog/digital controls, cable routing, and instrumentation
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADA/HMI development, or FPGA platforms a plus
Nuclear industry experience or NQA-1 familiarity is a bonus
