About the position

Your responsibilities and tasks
  • Preparing detail installation schedule, planning, and tracking of the progress.
  • Resource management for Project Site Execution.
  • Review and track the availability of the drawings for timely completion of the project.
  • Review the material requirement for timely completion of the project.
  • Work allocation as per site installation plan to the site team.
  • Ensures that all the installation is being done as per drawings, QAP.
  • Any deviations are recorded and communicated to concern persona for validation.
  • Ensure effective Co-ordination with customer for facilitation of site installation works.
  • Responsible for various progress reporting.
  • Co-ordination with various Contractors for the site Installation.
  • Ensure compliance to GEA EHS policies.
  • Review and monitor the store and site facilities.
  • Facilitate site stay and welfare of site people.
  • Ensure Completion of Projects sites within time, cost, and quality
  • Support for Pre-Commissioning activities and Commissioning.
Your profile and qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Bachelor Engineering Mechanical/Electrical
  • Min. 5 years' experience in site Installation
  • Experience in matrix organizations,
  • Exposure to relevant technological field
  • Knowledge of Dairy, Food, Powder plants and Utilities and EPC Project execution
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to carry people.
  • Deep technical know-how, Project end-to-end commissioning expertise.
  • Open minded to new models, ideas, and innovation
