Responsibility- Help our maintenance team maintain the grounds
- Prepare rooms for new residents
- Drive residents to appointments
- Handle other light maintenance duties as assigned
- Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
- Valid Driver’s License
