GBT Airflow Hygienist

Located in Janesville, WI, Integrity Family Dentistry is a single-dentist practice with an amazing patient base. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hygienist who feels empowered to take initiative in patient care, educate patients, and strive for excellence to improve the lives of those we serve and work with.

• Registered as an RDH
• Customer service or patient relations experience
• Adapt fluidly to new systems, processes, and updates within office
• Compliance with state dental practice requirements (e.g., x-ray requirements, OSHA, HIPAA)

• Experience with Airflow Max GBT Therapy
• Experience with Open Dental
• Local anesthetic certification
• Professional direct patient care background
• Experience following checklist format of workflow
• Experience with 3
  
  Shape scanner

• Prophy, Perio, and SRP using Airflow Max GBT therapy
• Communication with front desk on recall intervals
• Clear collaboration with Dr on initial assessment of patient care needs
• Placement of sealants and SDF as diagnosed by Dr
• Assisting in room turnover, sterilization, and restocking of supplies as needed
• Local anesthetic administration to Dr patients as needed
• Scanning and patient education on Clear Correct for grinding, recession, bite, or cosmetic needs as diagnosed by Dr
• Continuing education reimbursement
