Patient Care Coordinator - Front Office Physical Therapy (Healthcare)

Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Patient Care Coordinator for our Janesville clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self‑starter, and should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. This is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment.

• Greet patients
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments
• Provide detailed instructions to patients for their visits
• Review and evaluate patient charts for data entry accuracy
• Work as a team to ensure an efficient working environment, ensuring calls are made timely to patients and referral sources
• Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation/medical services and medical terminology
• Answer phone calls
• Patient registration and data entry
• Scanning, faxing, and other clerical duties
• Collect copays and patient balances
• Patient scheduling and schedule management
• Patient care assistance as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of insurance benefits

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, no weekends, no nights.
