* Key Responsibilities:
** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with approved nursing techniques, policies, and state laws.
- Document care according to standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as guided by physicians and hospital policy, including patient and family education.
- Actively participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, potentially including shared governance.
- Leverage your clinical expertise to support other units/departments in the patient’s longitudinal plan of care.
- Use critical thinking skills to prioritize patient safety and enhance the patient experience, escalating concerns as necessary.
** Shift Information:** - 0.9 FTE day shift - Weekend shifts included

* Minimum Qualifications:
** - Current Wisconsin RN License - Current BLS/BCLS Certification - Less than 1 year of nursing experience
