Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Skilled Nursing position in Wisconsin with day shifts and floating requirements.

• Work in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Day shift schedule, 0.9 FTE, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Rotating schedule between weekdays and weekends
• May be required to float to other in-patient units or facilities based on census
• Administer medications and treatments following approved nursing practices
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Document appropriately according to standards of care
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the department
• Provide clinical expertise and support to other departments as needed
• Use critical thinking for patient safety and escalate concerns when appropriate

• Active WI or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Previous RN experience in skilled nursing or similar inpatient care setting
