Aboutthe Role
As a Travel LPN with Delta Staffing LTC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a skilled nursing setting. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. We are looking for a candidate with a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress and changes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
- Travel to various locations in Wisconsin, with free on‑site housing provided
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current compact license or multistate license
- 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care
- Reliable car required
- Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience a plus
- Competitive hourly rate: $37 - $40 per hour
