Agrace is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Alt Shift (0.7 FTE, 28 hours/week) on weekdays with a 4:00 pm – midnight schedule in Janesville, WI. Includes on-call rotations (1 NOC/Month), weekends every other, and 3 holiday rotations per year.
Sign-on bonus: $10,000. The RN Alt Shift delivers patient- and family-centered care across homecare, coordinating assessments, care plans, and interventions while adhering to Agrace standards, policies, and regulations.
