Rock Haven Campus in Janesville, WI seeks a registered nurse (RN) to provide leadership, clinical supervision and direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise LPNs, medication assistants and CNAs, administer medications, perform IV therapy, EKGs and CPR, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
This role requires Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR certification, and long-term care experience is preferred.
