Visual Space Planner

Overview

Visual Space Planner role at Blain’s Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.).

Base pay between $50,400 to $60,000 per year. Pay may vary based on experience; final salary determined by qualifications, location, travel, market conditions.

• Coordinate planograms, floor plans, fixtures, and signage for assigned product lines and areas.
• Analyze item/space productivity using sales reports and Microsoft software.
• Design new store and store refresh layouts in conjunction with Engineering Department.
• Purchase store fixtures; maintain fixture inventory for store projects.
• Devise execution plans and coordinate vendor support for store projects.
• Attend trade shows and vendor presentations.
• Conduct store visits for merchandising projects.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.
• Collaborate with merchandisers on new merchandising initiatives.

• 3-5 years retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of planogram and floorplan creation processes.
• Familiarity with fixture design, placement strategies, and signage development.
• Understanding of retail sales trends, customer behavior, and space optimization techniques.
• 10% travel.
