Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is a dynamic sales professional responsible for improving, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is focused on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities to drive business expansion and enhance customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of service delivery. Responsibilities- Oversee all customer‑related activities for designated automotive and industrial accounts, with a dual focus on maintaining existing business and driving growth within câmera.
- Meet or exceed sales retention and growth targets as agreed upon, ensuring the achievementാള key sales objectives.
- Manage customer performance metrics via the "Scorecard", aligning actual performance with customer perception.
- Provide comprehensive solutions and recommendations, ensuring all work is complete and actionable.
- Build strong relationships with key personnel across various disciplines within customer organizations, gathering valuable market intelligence.
- Communicate internal updates (engineering, quality, manufacturing) to management and customers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Collect and disseminate market information regarding future programs, providing strategic insights to management.
- Elevate the company’s brand recognition within customer organizations, positioning the company as a preferred partner.
- Develop and implement annual business plans for assigned accounts, balancing tactical and strategic thinking.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely communication across all channels.
- Advocate for customer satisfaction, championing customer needs throughout the organization.
