Payne + Dolan | A Walbec Group Company (Waukesha, WI) is seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level Quality Control Technician position. New to construction? Perfect! • Serve as the quality eyes on our construction projects—testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards.
• Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin.

• Pay: $24+/hour starting pay

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic
