Aircraft Technician

• In addition to performing routine maintenance, you will be doing basic troubleshooting and repairs to ensure minimum schedule impact on all SC Aviation’s managed aircraft without compromising safety or quality.
• Work on our fleet that includes Hawker, Challenger 300/350s, Falcon 2000s, and Falcon 7X.
• Demonstrate technical expertise.
• Independently perform scheduled inspections.
• Ensure that all aircraft are safe for flight before scheduled flights begin departure.
• Perform required operational checks as required for SCA operations.
• Provide daily maintenance work, aircraft status, and time records.
• Communicate with flight crews regarding aircraft status, in the absence of a shift supervisor/Lead Mechanic.

• FAA A&P Mechanics License:
  Essential for ensuring compliance and safety.
• 2+ Years’ Aviation Maintenance
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record in maintaining aircraft.
• Expertise in Aircraft Maintenance:
  Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in ensuring safe operations.
• Mechanical Aptitude:
  Skilled in inspecting equipment, identifying issues, and performing minor repairs.
• Effective Communication:
  Proven ability to communicate with supervisors, line service, parts, pilots, and dispatch.
• Tech‑Savvy:
  Proficient in MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Familiarity with Hawker or Falcon aircraft is a plus.
