Material Handler II at our Janesville, Wisconsin Distribution Center

Position Details

This is a full-time position (40 hours) with a Monday through Friday schedule (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM). No weekends or holidays. Paid time off includes 18 days available during the first year. Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Six paid holidays. The company contributes 6% to a 401(k) with immediate vesting.

Responsibilities
  • Safely and accurately pick orders and perform cycle counting using powered industrial equipment.
  • Check and box picked products.
  • Package inbound material using labeling systems and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrap.
  • Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry.
  • Maintain stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations.
  • Pick orders using powered industrial equipment, label printers, RF scanners, and keyboard data entry; perform cart put-away using powered equipment.
  • Restock and pick using powered equipment; assist with inventory counting.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; predominantly standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One (1) year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations.
