- MTrec are currently recruiting for a number of production operators in the Jarrow area.
- Working with both batch work and bespoke one off products
- Checking product quality before packing
- Ensure accurate picking of products
- Packing of orders securely to prevent damage during transit
- Label packages with appropriate shipping labels correctly
- Identifying any problem orders and notifying relevant department
- Strong customer focus and delivery of results using various quality management tools
- Manually labouring and transporting materials within the manufacturing area
- Packing and labelling products, ensuring items are to the standard prior to dispatch
- Loading and unloading machinery where required
- Shipping products via correct carrier
- Identifying any problem orders and notifying relevant department
- Pallet trucks operated for transporting equipment within the local area
- Completing quality inspections on all materials and completing quality assurance paperwork
- Must be able to work the shift rotations (Including weekends)
- Good leadership skills, and ability to liaise with other internal departments
- Previous experience with computer systems would be advantageous but not essential
- Able to follow instructions and have a high level of attention to details
- Able to work both individually and in a team
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
