As an LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians’ orders.

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Wear seat belts at all times while driving
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
• Ability to drive under all weather conditions
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
