• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork.
• Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer‑first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Ensure that products for self‑service are in proper packaging with correct weights and ingredients, in compliance with regulations.
• Follow the company Food Safety program.
• Assist in stocking and proper rotation of products.
• Assist in organizing cooler arrangement and rotation of product.
• Assist in light cutting work.
• Assist in receiving/ordering all processed meats.
• Maintain correct pricing of all processed meats.
• Maintain neat and clean appearance of all display cases.
• Maintain good code dates on all products in display cases.
• Keep workstation and area around the workstation neat and clean.
• Ensure the department is sanitized and cleaned at least twice a day.
• Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to company time and attendance policies.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet the standard physical, mental, and visual demands of the position.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and maintain constant contact and interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to company time and attendance policies.
