Consumer Support Worker - Adam Bishop Center

Overview

A Consumer Support Worker will maintain level III client files and documents and maintain face-to-face contact with clients at least quarterly. Provide appropriate billable services as indicated on the current treatment plan. Prepare outpatient client information for MD/CRNP. Verify compliance with MD/CRNP appointments and verify medication compliance. Evaluate clients for an increase in symptoms and stressors. Recommend referrals to appropriate programs/staff.

Conduct urine drug screens on clients and/or employees as needed. Provide backup for the front desk as requested and perform other tasks as assigned. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, High School Transcripts, or GED/HS Equivalency Certificate.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• A current/valid non-expired driver's license or state-issued . The minimum age for employment is 18. If the position requires driving, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
• Social security card.
• Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Monday-Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
