Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care, listening to their needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions.
- Provide follow‑up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues.
- Respond promptly and keep lines of communication clear.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Perform daily office responsibilities, ensuring efficient operation.
- Maintain balancing records, correct outages, and enlist help as needed.
- Stay current on bank policies and financial center procedures.
- Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, escalating complex issues to leadership.
- Use judgement in decision making within established guidelines.
- During customer interactions, identify needs and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
- Build and maintain knowledge of retail products and services; use tools for tracking referrals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Extensive cash handling experience.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.
- Initiative, sound judgement, and problem‑resolution skills.
- Demonstrated respect for core values, accountability, and inclusive behavior.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Normal office environment.
