Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care, listening to their needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions.
  • Provide follow‑up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues.
  • Respond promptly and keep lines of communication clear.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Perform daily office responsibilities, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Maintain balancing records, correct outages, and enlist help as needed.
  • Stay current on bank policies and financial center procedures.
  • Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, escalating complex issues to leadership.
  • Use judgement in decision making within established guidelines.
  • During customer interactions, identify needs and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of retail products and services; use tools for tracking referrals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
  • Knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.
  • Initiative, sound judgement, and problem‑resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated respect for core values, accountability, and inclusive behavior.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
